UST (Underground Storage Tanks) Program

The ITEC UST Program was developed to serve ITEC member tribes who own or operate underground storage tanks (UST's). ITEC's UST Program strives to assist tribes in reaching the EPA's UST compliance requirements. Other program activities include Technical Assistance, Project Oversight, and Owner/Operator Training. The ITEC UST Program has been instrumental in obtaining funding necessary for UST upgrades and removals.

ITEC is continuing to assist with UST management by providing site investigations, technical assistance and educational outreach.
